IF YOU ARE NOT FLEXIBLE THEN LEAVING YOUR BACK GATE UNLOCKED WITH ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
HOT FILLS - YOU NEED TO HAVE A SUFFICIENT HOT WATER SUPPLY FROM YOUR BOILER AND HOT TAP. WE CHARGE EXTRA BECAUSE WE NEED TO USE A DIFFERENT, AND MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE CHEMICAL IN ORDER TO MEET REGULATIONS & FULFILL YOUR NEEDS.
COVID - We will not enter your home under any circumstances. If you book without side/back access your booking will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged.
Instant use hot fills are £50. This saves heating time when using cold water. This means that you will be able to use the hot tub that very same evening. However, we can not guantee you an early delivery.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DATE. IF PAYMENT IS MISSING WHEN WE PLAN OUR ROUTE THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED AND YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE.
WE TAKE A £50 DAMAGE DEPOSIT, THIS WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN COLLECTED, PROVIDING ALL IS IN ORDER, & BOTH ELECTRICITY & ACCESS IS AVAILABLE FOR US.
